Alpha

Life is worth exploring

The Alpha course is a low key, friendly, and fun way for people interested in knowing more about Jesus and Christianity to explore its relevance to everyday life. Course meetings are usually held weekly for 8-10 weeks. The meetings are opportunities to eat, think, talk and discuss what you and others think about searching questions facing faith and our lives today. Don't worry if you miss some weeks but the more meetings you can make the more you will probably get out of it.

Alpha is supported by all the main Christian denominations. Over six million people world-wide have found it a worthwhile experience completing the Alpha course in churches, homes, schools, universities and prisons.

There are several courses running in our local area. If the day or time of our course does not work for you, search on Alpha.org for other courses near you.
