User Groups

A number of groups make use of the space we have in order to pursue a range of activites.

Bee Fit Pilates

Bee Fit Pilates is a whole body conditioning class that incorporates traditional Pilates exercises to improve flexibilty, posture and core stability.
Sessions are on:
Tuesdays, 6.30-7.30pm and 7.40-8.40pm.
Wednesdays, 9.30-10.30am.
Thursdays, 6.30-7.30pm and 7.40-8.40pm.

Maxine's Zumba Queens

Zumba is an hour of high energy, up tempo, calorie burning fun, helping you to drop a dress size in no time.
Sessions are on Wednesdays 7.30pm and Saturdays 10.00am.

Perform Drama

Perform's classes aim to be lots of fun while at the same time developing confidence, concentration, coordination, and communication.
2 sessions are held Thursdays at 4.00pm and 5.00pm, and Fridays at 5.00pm.

3 meetings are held Mondays at 3.30pm, 5.30pm, and 7.30pm.
